3. Payment Terms
Payment is processed via Zelle to the recipient information provided after order placement. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received and verified. Reference only your unique order number in the Zelle memo.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmed payment in plain, unmarked packaging. Tracking is provided via email.
5. No Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Lost or damaged shipments will be investigated case-by-case with the carrier.
