What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. They are studied for a wide range of research applications including metabolic regulation, tissue repair, cognitive function, and longevity. All ORATECH products are sold strictly for research use.

Are these products safe?

Our peptides are independently tested for purity, synthesized in cleanroom conditions, and shipped cold-chain. However, all products are sold for research use only. They are not approved by the FDA for human consumption, and we make no claims about therapeutic safety or efficacy.

How do I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?

Most lyophilized peptides are reconstituted using bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Slowly inject the BAC water down the side of the vial, swirl gently — never shake. The volume of BAC water determines the concentration. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within 30–60 days depending on the compound.

Do I need BAC Water?

Yes — bacteriostatic water is required for safe reconstitution of lyophilized peptides. We sell BAC Water (30mL) as part of our Essentials lineup.

How does payment work?

All orders are paid via Zelle for discretion. Once you place an order you'll receive payment instructions including the Zelle email, recipient name, and your unique order number to include in the memo. Do not include any product names in the memo.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 48 hours of confirmed payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package is dispatched. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

How do I confirm my payment was received?

After sending payment via Zelle, reply to your order confirmation email with a screenshot showing the transaction. We confirm and process orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes. All packages are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product information.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the chain-of-custody requirements for purity guarantees, all sales are final. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.
